Draymond Green is one of the many star players who help make the Golden State Warriors one of the best teams in basketball. He has a workmanlike attitude and gives his all on the court. This great team wouldn’t be where they are today without him.

Famous Alumni

Draymond Green attended Saginaw High School in Saginaw, Michigan. Other famous sports personalities to go to the same high school as him include former Raiders defensive back Terry McDaniel, NBA player Darvin Ham, NFL wide receiver Charles Rogers, and NFL player LaMarr Woodley.

The First Ever!

As a sophomore at Michigan State University during the 2009/10 season, Draymond Green became the first Spartans player to win the Big Ten Sixth Man of the Year Award.

Finally! A Chance

Draymond Green started just one game for the Warriors as a rookie during the 2012/13 season. It came in the 58th game of the year, a loss on the road to the Knicks. In that game he score four points, grabbed five rebounds, and ended up with a steal, an assist, and a block to go along with his five personal fouls.

Milestones

The first NBA team Draymond Green would score double figures against during his career was Charlotte. The first time he had a 20 point game in the league it came against the Timberwolves. The first time he would go over the 30 point mark in an NBA game it came against the Chicago Bulls.

After five seasons in the NBA, the team Draymond Green would score the most total points against was the Sacramento Kings.
